News 2020 Projects Recap
Favorite 2020 trends were brought to life through these completed projects

We are most definitely looking forward to a brighter year ahead; but lots of amazing projects were done this year! The SKONA team wants to highlight some of them to give you inspiration for the New Year.

Kitchens 2020 trends from Skona Design

Some of our favorite 2020 trends were brought to life through these completed projects. We incorporated a lot of layered lighting, with open plans and open shelving. A beautiful blend of simplicity and luxury that is timeless, with trendy colors and hints of marble. But what ultimately brought all these kitchens together is our cabinetry, and these are the materials that we use at SKONA Design.

Begins with compressed wood that is covered to match any color or style of your choice. If you are hoping for a clean and uniform kitchen, melamine is the perfect cabinet for that sleek Scandinavian look.

Wood veneers mimic the aesthetic of solid wood, but with more durability. They last longer and withhold day-to-day life in the kitchen. Veneers have grown in popularity over the past few years, and if you are looking for a clean wooden style with affordability, search no further!

The FENIX surface is opaque due to its low light reflectivity. It’s every one’s dream kitchen material as it is anti-fingerprint! If you dream of a beautiful and luxurious kitchen with every day practicality, let us help you bring that kitchen to life with FENIX!

MDF is most commonly used for cabinet doors; economical and durable, MDF cabinet doors have reliable strength and have a long lasting value. Also, MDF boards are so easy to customize, that whatever style you are going for, can be personalized to fit your inspiration!
